Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason. Because every cup is made to order and fully customized — including cup style, effect, decal, and color — we are unable to restock or resell any item once it has been made.
Please Double-Check Your Order Before Completing Payment Before finalizing your purchase, carefully review all order details including:
- Cup style
- Effect
- Decal selection
- Color
Once payment is submitted, your order goes immediately into production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Packaging & Shipping Every cup is carefully and securely packaged before leaving our hands. Once your order has been shipped, it is outside of our care and we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout if available.
Received the Wrong Item? If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will review and resolve any fulfillment errors on our end.
