Overview By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Products All cups and decals are handmade and made to order. Product colors and finishes may vary slightly due to the custom nature of each item and screen display differences.

Order Accuracy You are responsible for reviewing all order details — including cup style, effect, decal, and color — before submitting payment. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout.

Production & Shipping Orders enter production immediately after payment is confirmed. Processing takes 3–8 business days. Once shipped via USPS, delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property Once customization is completed with ZayzSips they may not be copied as your own or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability ZayzSips is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
